Making Progurt is simple. You do it all in your own kitchen.
1. Progurt Incubator.
2. One Litre (One Quart) of UHT Full Cream Dairy Milk at room temperature.
3. Probiotic Sachet.

It is recommended that Adults consume a minimum of 200ml per day. It is recommended that Children consume a minimum of 100ml per day.
We recommend that you consume Progurt every day, as part of a nutritious and balanced diet. You may consume Progurt as a meal replacement.
A 100ml bowl of Progurt contains more than 100 billion CFU, which may be equivalent to 100 probiotic capsules. Health food like you’ve never eaten before. It’s good for your tummy and it tastes delicious.
Drink Probiotic Sachet in water or juice.
Tear open and pour the contents of 1 full Probiotic Sachet into a 200ml/8 oz glass of water. Stir well and drink.
1-2 times per week depending on your overall health condition.
This is recommended if you are traveling or if you are on a dairy-free diet.
