Consumption Rate

If you suffer from MS, it is recommended you consume a minimum of 500ml of Progurt per day, for the first nine months. After nine months you can then reduce consumption to a minimum of 300 ml of Progurt per day.

Recommended Diet

Ensure your diet consists of fresh vegetables, green leafy salads and some fruit, to enhance your process of health improvement.
Ensure you are drinking 1 litre of filtered water each day.
Eat fresh wholesome foods, fresh or frozen fruit, vegetables, fresh ocean fish, rice, and green leafy salads with vinegar and olive oil.
Avoid processed foods.
Avoid meat, poultry, bread, pasta, refined sugars and sweet snacks.
Avoid alcohol, beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled juices for the first 90 days.
Avoid food or drinks containing preservatives E220 through to E227.

Recommended Lifestyle

Increase your amount of daily sunlight exposure so you can also absorb more Vitamin D.
Try to participate in as much extra physical activity as possible, such as walking barefoot outdoors.
Try to incorporate swimming in the ocean or saltwater swimming pools.
Daily feet and leg massages will further improve your rehabilitation.
