Accessibility Statement

Accessibility statement

Progurt works to make its Australian website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disability. We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA and improve accessibility as the website, content and third-party services change. This is an ongoing objective, not a claim that every page or component currently conforms.

What we work on

  • Keyboard access and visible focus for navigation and interactive controls.
  • Labels, headings, status messages and structure that assist screen-reader use.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and captions or equivalents where appropriate.
  • Colour contrast, text resizing and layouts that adapt to different screens.
  • Clear error identification and instructions for forms and checkout tasks.

Known limitations

  • The website has not yet been certified as fully conforming by a formal independent WCAG audit.
  • Third-party checkout, payment, subscription, review or embedded tools are partly controlled by their providers and may not offer a consistent experience with every assistive-technology combination.
  • Older or externally hosted documents and media may not yet have every desired accessibility feature.

We review reported barriers and prioritise fixes according to their effect on completing important tasks.

Alternative formats and assistance

If a page, form, document or feature is difficult to use, email support@progurt.com.au with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page or content, the barrier, your preferred contact method and the alternative format or assistance you need. We will provide a reasonable accessible alternative where practicable.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback helps us improve. Contact the same email with details of the device, browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable providing them; that information is optional.
