Cancellation policy
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Some Progurt products can be purchased as subscriptions through Recharge. A subscription is a recurring order. These Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms form part of the Australian Terms of Service.
Your consent to recurring charges
Before you place a subscription order, we show the recurring price in Australian dollars, billing and delivery frequency, renewal nature, taxes and shipping charges, and how to cancel. That disclosure appears next to a separate, unticked consent control. By actively selecting the control and completing the purchase, you authorise us to charge the selected payment method at the stated frequency until you cancel.
Your acknowledgment
After enrolment, we send a durable acknowledgment you can keep. It restates the subscription price, cadence, automatic-renewal nature, next charge date, cancellation policy, a direct cancellation link and our business contact. Keep that message for your records.
Manage your subscription
- Use your account — the direct self-service cancellation path is www.progurt.com.au/account.
- You may skip, pause, reschedule, change or cancel without a lock-in contract, penalty or cancellation fee.
- If you pause, the account shows the scheduled resumption and next charge date before you confirm.
- You are not required to telephone us or speak to support to cancel, although support can assist on request.
Cancellation and orders already charged
Cancellation stops any recurring charge that has not already been initiated; if a charge has already been completed, the related order is governed by our Refund Policy.
Recurring charges are initiated on the scheduled charge date shown in your account; cancelling before that date stops the charge. The schedule presented in the account must accurately identify the next charge, and nothing in this paragraph permits a charge initiated after an effective cancellation.
Price and other material changes
If we propose a subscription price increase or another material renewal change, we will give advance notice that identifies the change and effective date and provides a direct way to cancel before it takes effect. We will obtain fresh consent where required. Continuing a subscription after a properly notified change takes effect is acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
Payment failures and account details
Keep your payment method, delivery address and contact details current. If a payment fails, we may retry it in accordance with the schedule disclosed by the payment or subscription service and will notify you as appropriate. We will not use a failed payment to change the price or frequency without the required notice or consent.
Refunds and consumer rights
If a charge has already been completed, the related order is considered under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
