Mineral Chloride is a concentrated liquid of balanced magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium chlorides. These minerals are involved in hundreds of essential biochemical reactions that keep the human instrument functioning exactly as it has been intended. Add to water or juice and it’s absorbed rapidly. Love it! Taste can be strong when doing the suggested 5ml every 250ml of water, but easy to build up to. Felt that I’ve functioned better in the gym and at work since and have slept well from the first night of use. Nice to have a no frills electrolyte product that doesn’t have any flavourings or artificial sweeteners especially when fasted.
Recommend to all my patients and friends.
