Mineral Chloride is a concentrated liquid of balanced magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium chlorides. I find that this product reduces sore muscles, stops muscle twitches and reduces cramps. I like it.
I'm disappointed that over the years the instructions on the bottle have gone from 10 drops per dose, to 30 drops per dose but the price has remained the same.
