How do I join Progurt Rewards?
Create a free Progurt account or sign in. Your Seed tier and 100 starter points activate automatically, and you start earning on your next order.
How do I earn points?
Every dollar you spend earns points — 1 per $1 at Seed, scaling to 3 per $1 at Flourish. You also earn on reviews (up to 200), referrals (600), your birthday (500), SMS sign-up (50), and social follows (20 each).
How do I check my balance?
Sign in to your account. Your current balance, tier, and progress to the next tier show in the top utility bar and at the top of this page.
How do I use my points?
Redeem points for dollars off your next order — 500 points = A$25 off, up to 2,500 points = A$150 off. Your reward code applies at checkout.
Will my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned if there is no qualifying activity (an order, review, or referral). Active customers keep their balance indefinitely.
Will my reward code expire?
Redeemed reward codes are valid for 30 days from issue. Tier-entry discount codes are valid for 60 days from the day you reach the tier.
