Should I start with Daily or Daily+?

How do I store Progurt products?
Probiotic Sachets: store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration needed before opening. Prebiotic, Immuno Protein, Enzymes: store as directed on the bottle — typically room temperature. pH Sachets and Chloride: room temperature, away from moisture.
Can I take more than the recommended dose?
For most products, the recommended dose is optimal. Taking more probiotics than recommended is generally safe but may cause temporary digestive adjustment. For Chloride, Prebiotic, and Enzymes, stick to recommended doses to avoid digestive discomfort.
What if I miss a day?

How do I make Progurt yogurt?
- Pour 1 litre of full-cream UHT milk into the clean Incubator tub.
- Add one complete sachet and stir well.
- Close the lid and turn on the Incubator.
- Leave undisturbed for 10–14 hours.
- Refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks.
Can I use non-dairy milk?
We recommend full-cream UHT cow's milk for best results. The probiotics need lactose to ferment properly. Non-dairy alternatives may not produce consistent yogurt texture or probiotic activity.
Can I re-culture from old yogurt?
No. Unlike single-strain commercial yogurts, Progurt's multi-strain formula becomes unbalanced over time as some strains grow faster than others. Always use a fresh sachet for each batch.
Why is my yogurt runny, thick, or different?
Yogurt texture varies based on fermentation time, milk fat content, and room temperature. Longer fermentation makes thicker, tangier yogurt. If too runny, run your next batch closer to the 14-hour end of the window. If too thick, reduce fermentation time.
