Shipping Terms

All orders placed before 2:00PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday) qualify for same day shipping.
All orders placed after 2:00PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched next business day.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Progurt is not held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Progurt will use best efforts to meet the indicated delivery times. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in all cases it will be held at your local FedEx facility. Please contact your local FedEx Facility for collection. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to Progurt and we will attempt to contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

Loss Of Goods

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon delivery of your product to Progurt's nominated shipping agent. For all deliveries you authorise for the goods to be left at your specified address and your order will have been deemed delivered as if it had been signed for. Progurt will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority.

Prices and Payment

1. All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes. The total cost including any applicable taxes will be displayed during check-out, once you have selected your billing and shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. The amount payable to Progurt for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

a. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal).

b. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and

c. the sum of any other fees which Progurt levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).

4. You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. Progurt accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Refunds and Returns

Only items purchased on the Progurt website can be returned to progurt.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a retail health store, health practitioner or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Progurt will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
