Do I need this if I just finished Gentle Reset?
We recommend it, especially with the Incubator. Gentle Reset establishes your microbiome; Complete Maintenance helps you maintain it with daily yogurt and the Nourish stack.

What's the difference between this and Feed & Fortify?
