Mineralise

Establish
Your terrain is ready. Now it's time to reseed with Human Probiotic Isolates — the species-specific bacteria indigenous to the human gut from birth.
Day 8 is the most important day. Follow this sequence in the morning on an empty stomach:
- Digestion comfort often improves
- Bloating may reduce
- Energy levels may improve (or dip temporarily as your body adjusts)
- Some people notice clearer thinking
What's normal: Responses vary. Some people feel dramatic improvement; others notice subtle shifts. Both are valid.
Yogurt + Nourish Phase
Your microbiome has been reseeded. Now it's time for daily reinforcement with yogurt while layering in the Nourish products.
How to make Progurt yogurt:
- Pour 1 litre of full-cream UHT milk into the clean Incubator tub
- Add one complete sachet and stir well
- Add the lid to the tub and ensure all sides are closed well
- Turn on Incubator and leave undisturbed for 14-24 hours
- Refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks
Daily routine:
- Consume 200-250ml (7-8oz) of probiotic yogurt each morning
- One batch lasts 4-5 days — start your next batch before it runs out
- Continue pH Sachets in 1 litre of water as needed
- Continue Chloride as maintenance
- Daily yogurt provides consistent HPI reinforcement
- Prebiotic may cause temporary bloating (start low)
- Immuno Protein is typically well-tolerated
- You're building a complete support system
Important: Always use a fresh sachet for each new batch. You cannot reuse old yogurt to start a new batch — multi-strain probiotics will become unbalanced over time.
Layering in Nourish
While eating daily yogurt, layer in the Nourish products one at a time.
Days 16-21: Start with Prebiotic (Start Low)

Do I need to make yogurt every day?
For best results, yes — daily yogurt provides consistent HPI reinforcement. Missing occasional days is fine; what matters is consistency over time.
Each batch makes about 1 litre and lasts 4-5 days. Once you're in the routine, it takes just a few minutes to start a new batch.
Can I use Progurt if I'm lactose intolerant?
Yes — most people with lactose intolerance can enjoy Progurt yogurt without issues.
When you incubate the probiotic with milk, the bacteria consume the lactose (milk sugar) as their food source. During fermentation, they convert the lactose into lactic acid — resulting in yogurt that's significantly lower in lactose than regular milk.
The longer you incubate (up to 24 hours), the more lactose gets converted. Many people who typically react to dairy find they tolerate Progurt yogurt well.
If you're severely lactose intolerant or have a true dairy allergy (different from lactose intolerance):
- Start with a small amount (50ml) and observe your reaction
- You can also take the probiotic sachets mixed with water instead of making yogurt
Note: Lactose intolerance (sugar sensitivity) is different from a dairy/milk protein allergy. If you have a confirmed dairy allergy, consult your healthcare provider before using the yogurt method.
What if I react badly to one of the products?
The phased introduction (Mineralise → Establish → then layering Nourish products one at a time) helps identify any sensitivities.
If you react to the Prebiotic, reduce the dose or pause it temporarily. If you're sensitive to any product, you can pause it and reintroduce later at a lower dose.
I'm experiencing more gas or bloating.

If it's uncomfortable:
- Reduce the Chloride dose temporarily
- Drink the pH water more slowly throughout the day
