Digestion is the
first signal of an
upstream depletion.

Everyday digestion — comfort, regularity, how foods sit — starts with the gut environment. The MEND Method is a food-based way to support it.
Your symptoms route through

Daily

In the MEND Method, everyday digestion is supported through Mineralise and Establish. Most customers start with Gentle Reset; customers with food-reaction concerns progress to Complete Protocol after the first arc.

The mechanism

Why Digestion & Food Reactions routes through the gut.

Digestion & Food Reactions

Two related stories: the digestive wave (what slows it) and the gut lining (what makes foods feel different). Both are downstream of the same terrain depletion. The mechanism is shared; the read-out is different.

The digestive wave runs on minerals and beneficial flora. Mineral status drives stomach acid, bile flow, and the muscular wave that moves food downstream. Beneficial flora finish the work. Depleted minerals plus depleted flora produce slow wave plus incomplete breakdown — bloating, irregularity, post-meal heaviness all sit downstream of these two inputs.

The lining is the barrier. A single-cell-thick layer between what's in your gut and what reaches your bloodstream — held together by tight junctions. When that layer is inflamed, the junctions loosen and food particles cross. The immune system catches them, registers them as foreign, and flags them. Foods you used to tolerate now react — not because the food changed, but because the barrier did.

The MEND Method addresses both. Mineralise supports the upstream inputs both layers need. Establish helps re-establish the strains that produce short-chain fatty acids — the lining's primary fuel and the digestive wave's regulator. Nourish feeds the longer-arc lining rebuild. Most people move through the phases over the first weeks; everyone's different.

Start with Daily

Descriptive, not diagnostic. These are patterns customers recognise, not claims about cause or cure. Progurt products are foods that support gut health; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you suspect a true food allergy or coeliac disease, get tested first — those are clinical conversations.

Phase routing

How Digestion & Food Reactions moves through the MEND Method.

Each phase carries weight differently for Digestion & Food Reactions. The lead phase is where most customers start; off phases either come later or are optional.

  1. Mineralise · lead

Where the method starts. Replenishing mineral status supports the phases that follow.

One method, six concerns

One protocol.
Every concern.

Digestion & Food Reactions routes through the same MEND Method as the other five concerns. Your symptoms are downstream signals of an upstream depletion we can address.
